Service Shift times are: Days - 06.15 - 16.30 Monday – Thursday Backs – 16.30 - 02.15 Monday – Thursday Nights – 20:30 – 06:15 Monday – Thursday Weekend Days – 06.00 - 18.00 Friday – Sunday Weekend Nights – 18.00 - 06.00 Saturday - Monday FLT: 07:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 13:00 Friday 30 minutes unpaid lunch break with two additional paid rest breaks of 20 minute each. All shifts paid at 39 hours after deductions – based on a full hours worked

On day 1, you will have a drug and alcohol test followed by induction with the client. After this, you will start either the same day or the following day for your department training. The length of training is dependent on department and individual and may last a number of weeks. All training is paid at normal hourly rates shown below.
Any known health and safety risks and the steps the Client has taken to reduce the risks*
None known. Risk Assessments have been undertaken for all tasks. Health and safety induction will be provided by the client. All workers must be over the age of 18 due to driving MHE and Health and Safety. You must comply with all health and safety requirements and work as trained and instructed to do so in your induction and training programme.
PPE –Personal Protective Equipment*
Correct footwear, gown, gloves, over shoe covers, hair / beard net must be worn in the production area at all times, adhering to the gowning process. These will be provided. No hoodies, excessively baggy clothing, no frayed or jewelled clothing, no jewellery of any kind, no make-up, no nail varnish / nail extensions

Subsidised Canteen. Vending Machines. Free car parking. Microwave facilities available. Lockers and changing room facilities. Onsite gym (must be inducted before use) Smoking hut.
Pay
With reference to sub-clause 5.1 of the Agreement during the course of this Assignment you will be paid*

Auto-enrolment*
Following a three-month postponement period, pension contributions will be made to NEST pension unless you opt-out. These contributions will be in accordance with the minimum rates set by law.
Contribution method*
The contribution method will be via salary exchange where you are eligible or otherwise by deducting net contributions from your pay after tax and national insurance have been calculated.

Annual Leave
If during the course of this Assignment there are any variations to the terms that relate to your holiday entitlement these will be set out here*
Holiday entitlement is 28 days pre 12 weeks service and 34 days post 12 weeks service. You must correctly fill out a holiday form with your line manager. Holidays must be booked with at least 1 weeks’ notice and need to be authorised by Siamo.
