Shift times: Working any 5 days in 7 which includes regular weekend work Fixed Start times of; 06:00am-14:00pm,09:00am-17:00pm,14:00pm-22:00pm Fixed night shift Sunday to Thursday 22:00pm-06:00am Average working week will be 37.5 hours (30-minute unpaid break) Overtime maybe available and offered accordingly. In addition each shift may be required to flex up and work an additional one or two hours dependent on the demands of the business

The experience, training, qualifications and any authorisation necessary or required by law or a professional body:*
Training comprises of 2 full days including induction and testing Training and one day on the job training. This is all carried out by MWW training staff. All training time is paid at the hourly rates detailed below.

None known. Risk Assessments have been undertaken for all tasks. Health and safety induction will be provided by the client All workers must be over the age of 18 due to driving MHE and Health and Safety. You must comply with all health and safety requirements and work as trained and instructed to do so in your induction and training programme.
PPE –Personal Protective Equipment*
Safety boots / Cow gowns / mop caps / Beard snood / ear defenders must be worn within the Packhouse / Warehouse; these will be provided. No hoodies or Printed T-Shirts or excessively baggy clothing or sweatshirts should be worn.
Collective Facilities
Hirer’s collective facilities available*
Vending Machines. Free car parking for core staff. Microwave facilities available. Lockers and changing room facilities. It is a no smoking site and smoking is off site only, Prayer room available
Pay
With reference to sub-clause 5.1 of the Agreement during the course of this Assignment you will be paid:*

Pension
Auto-enrolment*
Following a three-month postponement period, pension contributions will be made to NEST pension unless you opt-out. These contributions will be in accordance with the minimum rates set by law.

The contribution method will be via salary exchange where you are eligible or otherwise by deducting net contributions from your pay after tax and national insurance have been calculated.

Holiday Entitlement:*
Holiday entitlement is 28 days Holiday rates are calculated on an average of the previous 52 weeks.

You must correctly fill out a form located in the Siamo office to request your holidays. Holidays must be booked with at least 2 weeks’ notice and need to be authorised by Siamo.
