This is carried out by Ocado training staff. All training time is paid at the hourly rates detailed below. PayWith reference to sub-clause 5.1 of the Agreement during the course of this Assignment you will be paid:*£12.93p/h is the basic rate for all departments and shifts plus premiums Nights Premium: £2.67p/h between Midnight - 06:00am Freezer premium: £1.10p/h on all hours worked OT Rate: £16.16p/h on all hours worked over 40 + any Freezer and night premiums, Incentive Bonus is available and based on your performance this can be up to £35 a week Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked in one calendar week Intervals of payment are one week in arrears. After 13 weeks Length of service, you will automatically transfer to Ocado on a Temp to Perm basis, this will be subject to the requirements of Ocado, and T&C’s being met. Any expenses payable*N/A PensionAuto-enrolment*Following a three-month postponement period, pension contributions will be made to NEST pension unless you opt-out.
