Shift times are: AM Shift: 06:00am to 14:00pm PM Shift: 14:00pm to 22:00pm Night Shift: 22:00pm to 06:00am This will involve regular weekend working as your rota pattern requires you to work any 5 days from a 7 day working week. Your rota will require you to work 2 out of every 3 weekends.

Overtime may be available and offered accordingly after you have completed your first full week.

Training comprises of a full days induction and 2 days on the job training. This includes being trained to operate a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP). All training is carried out by Argos training staff. All training time is paid at the hourly rates detailed below.
Calendar weeks already accrued towards the Qualifying Period for the purposes of Regulations 7 and 8 of the Agency Workers Regulations 2010*

PPE – Personal Protective Equipment*
If you do not have your own PPE, this will be provided free of charge. Please wear safety boots & Hi Vis. NO hoodies or Printed T-Shirts or excessively baggy clothing or sweatshirts should be worn
Employee Searches*
As you exit the warehouse you will be subject to a security search. In addition, random Candidate & Car Searches may be performed at any given time.

Pay
With reference to sub-clause 5.1 of the Agreement during the course of this Assignment you will be paid*
Under 12 weeks of service: AM Shift: 06:00am to 14:00pm - £10.04ph basic pay and, £12.56ph overtime PM Shift: 14:00pm to 22:00pm - £10.34ph basic pay and, £12.93ph overtime Night Shift: 22:00pm – 06:00am - £11.10ph basic pay and, £13.88ph overtime Standard Overtime is paid after 37.5 hours have been worked. A standard working week is 37.5 paid hours. There is a 30-minute unpaid break each day. Over 12 weeks of service: AM Shift: 06:00am to 14:00pm - £10.04 basic pay and, £12.56ph overtime PM Shift: 14:00pm to 22:00pm - £10.34ph basic pay and, £12.93ph overtime Night Shift: 22:00pm – 06:00am - £11.10ph basic pay and, £13.88ph overtime Standard Overtime is paid after 40 hours have been worked. Pay rates for 27/06/2021 – 01/01/2022 AM Shift: 06:00am to 14:00pm - £10.04 basic pay and, £12.56ph overtime PM Shift: 14:00pm to 22:00pm - £10.34ph basic pay and, £12.93ph overtime Night Shift: 22:00pm – 06:00am - £11.10ph basic pay and, £13.88ph overtime A standard working week is 40 paid hours. There is a 30-minute paid break each day. You are engaged on a 336 hour annualised contract of employment.

Holiday Entitlement*
Holiday entitlement is 28 days pre 12 weeks service and 28 post 12 weeks service. You must correctly fill out a form located in the Siamo office. Holidays must be booked with at least 1 weeks’ notice and need to be authorised by Siamo. If you are unsure of your holiday accrual, please contact a member of the Siamo team who will respond within 24 hours.
