Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting for Experienced Order picker! ideally with MHE experience but not necessary need a certificate for one of our prestigious client in Kettering, NN14.
Shift Details: 06:00AM-14:00PM fixed
MONDAY- FRIDAY
Payrate: £12.10 p/h
Overtime: Weekdays/Saturday -£15.53, Sunday £18.73 after 37.5 hours per week.
The candidate should have an experience order picking/warehouse (certificate on Reach truck and who is interested to get trained and work onany different MHE as per requirement would be adventage)
Key Responsibilities:
- An experience or certificate with Reach truck (adventage)
- Picking orders efficiently and accurately (Technical items)
- Manual lifting involved
- Meeting daily targets and deadlines
- Operating machinery safely and adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a balanced-paced environment and meet productivity goals
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing
- Valid experience or licence.

- Rest days are fixed to avoid rotating schedules.
