Counterbalance Drivers – Immediate Start
Location: Corby, NN18
Shift: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate:
6am-2pm £13.00 per hour
2pm-10pm £13.50 per hour
Overtime: £19.50 p/h mornings, £20.25 p/h afternoons

Your Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate Counterbalance forklifts to move and store goods within the warehouse.
- Accurately load and unload vehicles, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks and report any maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
About you:
- Valid Counterbalance forklift license.
- Ability to pass an on-site assessment or complete a Counterbalance refresher course.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
