Immediate Start: Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance Drivers
Location: NN14, Kettering
Pay Rate: £12.66/hour (basic)
PM Shift -Unsocial Hours (20:00-22:00): £15.51/hour
Overtime Pay: Saturday – £15.53/hour | Sunday – £18.73/hour
Shifts:
- Monday to Friday
- AM: 06:00 – 14:00
- PM: 14:00 – 22:00
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking Bendi/Flexi and Counterbalance drivers to join our team for an immediate start.
As part of the team, you will:
- Operate Bendi/Flexi or Counterbalance forklifts (must have relevant licenses or experience).
- Perform manual handling tasks such as stacking, wrapping, order picking, labeling, and loading/unloading.
- Restack garden items on different pallets as part of the Lawn and Garden peak workload.
- Ensure safe and efficient operations while meeting daily productivity targets.
Requirements:
- Must have valid certificates or licenses (in-house or accredited) for Bendi/Flexi or Counterbalance forklifts.
- Willingness to engage in manual handling and heavy lifting; this role is not solely forklift operation.
- Flexibility to adapt to physically demanding tasks.
- All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test on induction day.
- A positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
