Previous driving experience (any type) + 6 months’ warehouse experience desired.
Siamo are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the ASDA Redhouse Distribution Centre on an ongoing basis, supporting store deliveries across the UK.

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 6+ months’ warehouse experience
✔️ Previous driving experience – e.g. scooter, car, van or warehouse vehicles
✔️ Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
✔️ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔️ Able to work independently and as part of a team
📍 Location:
ASDA Distribution Centre
Redhouse Interchange, Doncaster, DN6 7FB
⏰ Shifts:
Days: 06:00–14:00
Afters: 14:00–22:00
Nights: 22:00–06:00
Current Shift Patterns:
Friday–Monday: 8 or 10-hour shifts
Friday–Tuesday: 8-hour shifts
Other shift patterns and start times may also be available following review. After your 12-week probation, your rota will be reviewed, with the option to move from 100% weekend working to a 50% weekend rota.
💷 Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks:
Days: £12.71/hr | OT £13.71/hr
Afters: £13.21/hr | OT £14.21/hr
Nights: £13.71/hr | OT £14.71/hr
After 12 Weeks:
Days: £13.22/hr | OT £15.65/hr
Afters: £14.38/hr | OT £16.81/hr
Nights: £15.09/hr | OT £17.52/hr
☑️ 30-minute paid break after 12 weeks’ service.

You’ll be employed by Siamo Group and work at our work at our client’s ASDA Redhouse Distribution Centre.
- Picking store orders using LLOP trucks and voice-picking technology
- Working safely, accurately and efficiently

Recruitment Process
Digital screening → face-to-face interview and site tour → 4 days’ paid training (1 day manual handling + 3 days LLOP and picking training) → shift start.
