Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our key clients based in Tysley B11 for a Part-Time HR Support Assistant. This is an ongoing temporary role with a strong view to becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience within a professional and supportive environment.
π Location: Tysley, Birmingham, B11 (site-based role)

Working days: 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday)
β° Hours: 10:00am β 4:00pm (6 hours per day)
π· Pay rate: Β£12.80 per hour
π Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity
About the Role
β’ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Business Partner
β’ Maintain and update employee records accurately and efficiently
β’ Support recruitment activity, including onboarding and offboarding administration
β’ Respond to basic HR-related queries or direct them appropriately
β’ Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred
β’ Strong organisational and time-management skills
β’ High level of integrity with a professional and discreet approach
β’ Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
β’ Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
