Role Responsibilities
· Lead and support a production team to deliver top-quality results on time
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently
· Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues
· Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential
· Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met
· Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance
· Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment
What We’re Looking For
· 3 to 5 years experience in a high-volume automotive or manufacturing environment
· ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline, apprenticeship or other relevant experience
· A natural leader and role model with strong communication skills
· A problem-solver who thrives under pressure
· Solid understanding of health & safety regulations and best practices
· Strong literacy, numeracy, and technical skills
· Passion for teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
