Counterbalance FLT Driver – AM & PM Shift
📍 Location: GXO Site Unit 5 Kingsnorth Industrial Estate, Hoo, Rochester, ME3 9ND
💷 Pay: £12.80 per hour
⏰ Shift: Monday to Friday – 6am–2pm
📅 Work: 5 days per week, guaranteed work until the end of 2026
⏱️ Hours: 7.5 hours per day
💰 Overtime: Paid at 1.3x
We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a modern and well-equipped distribution site in Hoo, Rochester.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable FLT Driver looking for consistent Monday-Friday daytime work in a steady-paced environment.
The role:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Supporting general warehouse operations when required
- Following all site health & safety procedures
The site supplies products for the renewable energy sector, including solar panels, batteries and converters. The environment is steady-paced and safety-focused.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required
- Previous FLT/warehouse experience
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Reliable and punctual
- Safety shoes and Hi-Vis required
